1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if explicitly stated in the service agreement or subscription plan.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. This includes monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.
3. Custom & Marketing Services
Payments for custom software development, integrations, marketing campaigns, or consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Service Downtime
Temporary service interruptions, maintenance windows, or performance issues do not qualify for refunds unless covered by a specific service-level agreement (SLA).
5. Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction for review.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
